Most Failures Are People Who Habitually Make Excuses
One of the key traits in Leadership Development is being responsible for one's behavior and actions. A leader always owes responsibility to self, to family, to work, to society and above all to environment. To be a leader, we need to accept responsibility for our behavior and actions and thus insulate ourselves from excuses. We should never be like the student who blames the teacher for his failure rather than accepting the fact that it is only improvement and hard work that will pay off.
The highest degree of ownership is when we owe ourselves responsible for others mistakes and look for the ways to stop others from committing mistake.
Are you ready to be the owner?
