Pride of Performance

‘In today's world, pride in performance has fallen by the wayside because it requires effort and hard work.’ It is very common to become dissatisfied and tired from your work followed by discouragement to do that job. When you reach this state then performance falls down. 

Lack of pride in performance is the reason why people end up switching jobs and hence their career topples. It is utterly important to take pride in whatever we do; especially when we do it correctly. 

The condition of a worker and the quality of his work is always comparable. When you are proud of your performance, excellence and then success follows.
