Risk- A Necessary Evil

‘Success involves taking calculated risks. Risk taking does not mean gambling foolishly and behaving irresponsibly.’

It depends upon an individual and his leadership training that how he takes up a risky venture. A badly trained person may fear the consequences and shy away from choosing the difficult option. Unwillingness to take risk shows your trait of being indecisive.

When you fear risky choices, you are bound to be deprived from their fruitful results. One simply cannot exist in inaction because he is scared of the outcomes. Risk training is a healthy sign of a person’s knowledge, training and competence.
