The Perks Of Being Responsible

A very famous quote says that ‘With great power comes great responsibility’ but it would be wiser to say that great power only comes to responsible people. 

You cannot hide yourself from taking responsibilities because a leader must face the tides of time – both high and low. ‘Accepting responsibilities involves taking risks and being accountable which is sometimes uncomfortable’ but this is in the pure essence of leadership training. 

Accepting mistakes may be risky but it is always rewarding and learning. Coming out of the comfort zone and making those tough decisions with complete responsibility is the true development of a leader.
